Multi Grain
Pizza Dough

It's so much fun experimenting in the kitchen, which is why pizza dough is my next
recipe using the
Bellini Kitchen Master
 http://cedarlaneculinary.ca/

Saturday is Pizza night at our house.
It's nutritious and easy.
You can make your own dough while you are home doing chores or errands and it's no fuss
with this machine.
It does it all in it's one stop shop!

Place 2 tsp traditional yeast into the stainless steel bowl
Add a pinch of sugar
Pour in 2 cup water

Turn the machine to speed 1
for 2 minutes. Lock the lid and press ON.
 Allow to sit 10 minutes.
This will allow the yeast to grow and bubble.

Remove lid and add
2 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
Place the lid back on, lock
Turn speed to 3 for 30 seconds
Remove lid add 1 cup flour
+ 1/4 cup 12 grain cereal or your fave grain
Lock the lid back on
Mix on speed 3 for 60 sec.!

Let it rise (proof) for 1 hr in the bowl, with the lid
on but remove the see through plastic measuring cup.
This allows the bowl to keep warm with some air circulating.
Using the spatula, scrape the sides and remove the dough from the bowl.
Unlock the blade and remove any dough.
Place dough on a floured surface and knead until elastic.

The machine does most of the kneading!
So this part is really fast. Perhaps 1-2 min depending on the humidity in your home.

Using your hands or a floured rolling pin.
Stretch the dough to the size of your baking sheet.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Allow to rise for 30-60min in the warm oven.
Add whatever toppings you like.
Here are mine:

Kielbasa Cheddar Pizza

1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded marble cheddar or white cheddar
2 cup thinly sliced polish sausage
1/2 yellow pepper sliced, seeded
1 yellow onion, peeled thinly sliced.
2 cup your favourite tomato sauce
EVOO

Spread tomato sauce generously over pizza to within 1" of the edge
Brush the edge of dough with EVOO
Distribute the sausage evenly over the pizza.
Dot with pepper between spaces

Bake in a preheated 375F oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Evenly distribute the cheese over the pizza.
Continue baking for another 15-20min. until the crust is golden.

Enjoy with love!
